They are already available in drug stores or you may order them from medical supply companies and an average adult would need fifteen rolls.

The next step that you have to take is to buy some safety pins which are large enough to fasten the bandages or you may look for them in your sewing kit. These will be needed because it would be hard to keep the whole thing in place if not because of these. Most of the bandages would already include some clips however pins would be better for a smoother work.

Moreover, you should as well secure the necessary solution and these can be readily bought in most stores but you may opt to make your personal solution. All you have to do is to obtain the necessary ingredients. The contents and amounts of each ingredient would depend on the health needs and the aroma therapeutic preferences of the user.

One more tip which you could use is that you must be able to look for a polyvinyl carbonate work out suit and this will be available in sporting good stores. This stuff is just inexpensive and it is made up of rubber like material that acts like jogging suits promoting sweating. This are not among those fleece sweat suits but this usually have a one size fits all and is secure by a velcro or some strings.

Then, you will have to determine where you will be applying the pieces because you would have to switch heater and regulate it to the proper temperature. You may also choose to stay in the bathroom and you can bring therein a small and portable heater. Doing this will prevent you from feeling chilly during the application.

It should follow then the setting up of all the tools which you have already gathered all together before you start the application. While you wait through the whole process to finish, you can bring along with you a book so you would not be bored. The solutions should also be mixed with warm water before applying.

You will then have to pour the solution you mixed into a bucket and make sure that it would be sufficient to soak the bandages. To ensure that these will not cause burning, you may adjust the tub water temperature or add cool water into the bucket. You must soak the pieces in a way that they will all absorb the solution before removing them.

Furthermore, you need to wrap your body with these tightly but avoid making it too much that it will block your circulation. Start with your lower legs and end right on top of the knee and do this alternately for each limb. Any skin should not be exposed but they should be covered.
