And they add up quickly. As with cigarettes, alcohol can become expensive. Cutting make can save you money as well as help your health.

Boosting mood is a good way to feel better overall. Deciding to open up and make new friends could have as good effect on health as any medicine. Friends are wonderful support in reaching all your other goals.

The new calendar gives everybody a chance to forget the disappointments of the year just past. It offers a great opportunity to hit the reset button. And do not become too discouraged if you don't reach all of your goals. You only have but a short time to do it all over again.
